"I've been a long time Statefarm customer with multiple policy's (Life, Car, & Homeowners) there has been a few bumps along the way, however I've always been taken care of. More recent I was due a refund on one of my policy's that I wasn't even aware of until Ms. Haley just reached out 1 day to advise me of it. So to fast forward this refund for some reason was not being delivered to my mailbox. Now after about 2 months of trying to have it reissued Haley & I decided to have it sent to the office (great Idea right) 👍🏼. Ok this is where the real service comes in, Haley went a step further to offer her assistance to meet with the payment in hand. The meet up was successful. I'm a happy client with the service provided from Elitha and her team Haley & Trenae.
